Guttering
Due to expansion and contraction, weathering or poor design, ongoing problems are common. Often the supporting timbers do not have sufficient 'fall', causing rainwater to 'pond' and resulting in overflowing rainwater inside the premises.
These problems are overcome by using Australian Standards. For example: expansion joints, rainwater heads, gutter flashing, overflow pipes, increasing downpipe diameter and reconstructing proper support boards.
